如今许多人的生活已经离不开手机和电脑，频繁盯着屏幕，视力也变得越来越差，身边总能看到不少戴透视的人……那么该如何用英文聊透视度数呢？很多人要用英文来表达自己的度数时，首反应就是“degree”，但degree的表达是错误的。英文中常用的表达透视度数的词是Diopter（屈光度），近视度数Negative Diopters，远视度数Positive Diopters。因为在国外，配透视是一种医学行为，所以问别人眼睛度数的时候，可以说：What's your eyeglasses preion?配透视就是fill a preion。
除此之外，询问透视度数时还可以说：
What is your eyesight?
How good is your vision?
How stong are your glasses?
What's the power of your glasses?
What's the strength of your glasses?
如果想回答“我近视/远视400度”，可以说：
I am nearsighted/farsighted with 4.0 diopters.
直接回答400度，可以只说4.0 diopters.
视力1.0，可以说 have 20/20 vision；斜视是cross-eyed。
