一、现在进行时:表示说话时正在进行的动作和事件。
结构:be 现在分词(动词-ing)
时间标志词:now,look,listen,at the moment。
例如:
(1)She________ (sit) under the tree now.
解析:因为句子中有now,所以判定用现在进行时,
现在进行时的结构为:主 be 动词现在分词 其它,
故本题答案为:is sitting
(2)Look!That dog _________(run) after the boy.
解析:因为句子中有look单独用,所以判定用现在进行时,
现在进行时的结构为:主 be 动词现在分词 其它,

二、短暂性动作的现在进行时表将来
常用的动词有:go;come;leave;start;arrive
例如:

三、表示现阶段正在从事的工作,但可能说话时动作未必正在进行,常与these days,this term等连用。
例:Mr Green is writing a novel these days.

*现在分词的变化规则*
(1)一般情况下直接加ing。
think--thinking,sleep--sleeping
(2)以不发音的字母e结尾的单词,去掉字母e,再加ing。
make--making,come--coming,shave--shaving
(3)如果动词只有一个元音字母,而其后跟了一个辅音字母时,则需要将辅音字母双写,再加ing。
run--running;sit--sitting;swim--swimming
(4)以ie结尾的动词,把ie改为y,再加ing。
lie---lying;tie--tying;die--dying
