图画作文是英语一大作文的考察方式，占分20分。考研英语写作用词讲究正式灵活，英语语言本身也忌重复用词而多换用同义不同表达，所以同学们在备考中可适当积累一些同义替换词，增加写作语言的丰富性。老师整理了一些好用表达，想提分的小伙伴们都来看看吧！
1、图画“显示”了……“显示”一词，相信多数同学第 一反应是“show”，这是一种常规不出错的表达，但若想让****眼前一亮，你还可以有下面几个选择： display，depict，reveal，demonstrate，illustrate，portray，describe试看下面几个例句：
1)The pictures above vividly describe... 上面几幅图画生动描述了……
2)The drawing above does demonstrated a certain thought-provoking social phenomenon. 上图确实表明了某种令人深思的社会现象。
3)aAs is illustrated in the picture is... 如上图所示……
4)As is symbolically revealed a serious problem in our daily life. 该图象征性地显示了我们日常生活中的一个严重话题。
5)Undoubtedly, the drawer depicts a heated topic that... 毫无疑问，画图人描述了一个热点话题……
2“越来越多”人选择……当屏幕前的你看到“越来越多”时，本能反应是不是“more and more”呢？还有这些替换表达啦：increasing，growing，mounting 示例：more and more/an increasing number of/a growing number of/a mounting number of people choose to...
1)Comparing with iphones, HUAWEI handsets are becoming the first choice by a mounting number of youngsters when they consider getting a new phone. 与iphone相比，华为手机正成为越来越多年轻人换机时的优选。

2)A growing number of young people in big cities are actually living>在大城市里，越来越多的年轻人实际上是靠信用卡生活的，因为他们的工资似乎不足以支付日常开支。
3、形容速度“越来越快”:faster and faster可替换表达：accelerate，speed up，pick up speed，gain momentum，gather speed 用法示例：
1)Growth will accelerate to 2.9 percent next year. 增长明年将加快到2.9%。
2)Rainforests arebeingclearedforvaluabletimberandotherresourcestospeeduptheeconomicgrowth. 为了加速经济发展，热带雨林作为有价值的原木和其他资源正为人们所砍伐。
