Introduction: I completely agree with this opinion.Body-1: l agree that advertising can alter people's buying habits in many occasions.-Traditionally, consumers may value a products quality above any other factors.
-However,advertising aims to encourage consumers to associate certain brands with a higher status. Besides, many advertising companies produce advertisements with famous sportsmen and women to endorse a particular brand of trainer or sportswear. In buying the product, the consumer may feel 'closer' to a person they admire.Body-2: I also believe that there are some negative effects of advertising.-People often buy a certain product without enough consideration. They may not need it but they buy it impulsively soon after they watch the advertising.
-Advertisers often aim their marketing at children, which leads to a consequence that children put pressure on parents to buy them things.In conclusion, my view is that advertisements significantly affect what consumers think important and have negatives on peoples lives.
