Some people like to live in a community as long as possible, while others like to move frequently for various reasons. Which is better ?
For many people, moving house is one of the vicissitudes of their lives and it happens for various reasons: lower rent, a better job, brighter prospect, family misfortune, and so on. However, there are some people in the world who prefer to stick to their old houses and stay in one community for the entire course of their lives. To my way of thinking, these two opposite modes of life have their own merits and demerits.
The most obvious advantage to moving house is that people can live in a new social and natural environment, which is often safer, cleaner, more friendly and exciting than that of their old neighborhood. Living in a new community canal so be a new starting point in life for the migrants, who may find better job sand brighter prospects there, the very reason that appeals to them in the first place. Also, by making new acquaintances and building up new social and business contacts, their horizons are vastly expanded and the result is that they often find new meanings of life and achieve greater success than they could possibly imagine in their hometown. However, there are also inevitable disadvantages, such as the parting with relatives and old friends,the isolation from the local society and even the hostility of new neighbors,who may regard them as unwelcome outsiders or intruders.
Similarly,there are many benefits attached to sticking to one locale forever. Because a person’s old neighborhood is usually the place where he was born and grew up, there must be a lot of old schoolmates, bosom friends and supportive family members who have close relationships with him and who are certain to give him assistance, encouragement and confidence in his hard times. Moreover,by dwelling in one community from the cradle to the grave, people can enjoy a stable and tranquil life and avoid the hidden dangers and hectic struggles of venturing into unfamiliar surroundings. Nevertheless, a major drawback that often associates with never changing one’s domicile and social environment is that life may become colorless and monotonous after many years of routine living. More often than not, people will be engulfed in such undesirable qualities as bigotry, prejudice and provincialism.
In conclusion, pros and cons coexist in these two different lifestyles. Thus,when it comes to making decisions about moving and staying, it is not important which one people opt for. The only important thing is that they know how to live in an adaptive way and make judicious use of the resources in their new or old communities.

第三段：运用了同样的结构讨论了”不搬家“的好处和坏处。考生很聪明,避免在每段开头使用first/secondly...等生硬词汇，而使用了similarly，大家可以借鉴。并且，考生没有使用”you“来举例子，而使用了a person，很显然是下了功夫的。这段中的问题在于一个词：forever，好改为for the whole life time。在英美文化中forever是不现实的，所以不应该说I will love you forever，应该是I will love you till the end of my life.
