商务英语-如何安抚你身边爱抱怨的同事，朋友. ,亲爱的小伙伴们，晚上好鸭！今天我们来继续学习商务英语篇，情感的表达，其实我们不仅在工作中每天会以各种各样的方式，来表达我们的情感，在我们的生活中，也是一样！会有许多的抱怨和不满，在这里呢，我不建议大家抱怨，因为抱怨并不能解决问题，还会让我们充满负能量，遇到问题先想一下解决方案。
那当然了，平时在我们的工作当中，一定还会有一些同事，在茶余饭后，跟我们抱怨工作中的各种问题，那我们需要怎么安慰他们呢？
我们今天就一起来学习一下，这位先生是怎么抱怨他的下属的，然后作为倾听者，又是怎么去安慰这个爆脾气的呢？
表达情感，安抚抱怨A: I can't stand the stupid guy any longer. It's unbelievable.
A:我实在不能忍受那个愚蠢的家伙了，真是不可思议。
B: Oh, my dear lady, take it easy. You should forgive a green hand like him.

I can't stand：我受不了，和I can’t bear with it 意思一样，都可以很好的表达你的不满。
It's unbelievable：不可思议的，在这里明显表达的是贬义词，实际上这个词串是双性的，在形容一件事情褒义的时候，也可以用这个词串。For example , 现在的手机支付功能遍布各地，如果放在5年前，你一定会觉得这件事情不可思议: wow ,it’s unbelievable .
take it easy ：别放在心上，下次在安慰别人的时候，知道该怎么说了吗？
