1 Effective time management
The secret of gaining control of life and feeling more peace is effective time management. When you begin to put wise time management techniques into practice, you will no longer be tossed in every direction by the storm of life. If your life is one of chaos, a set schedule will bring a sense of order to your life. Your schedule will support you and keep you on track. In this case, you will feel ease in social and business situations. You will be able to relax when you need to and perform your best when pressure’s on. While others crumble and crack under challenges they face, you will sail through them with flying colors. In a word, people should make a complete system for self-management, something that will do the remembering and monitoring for you, so your mind is freed up.
2 Plan/To-do list
The secret of developing an effective studying and working style is a “to-do today” list. Therefore, every day I will put my “To-do today” list where I can often see it, and cross out those “done” tasks. When I make this list, I will put wise time management techniques into practice. For example, I believe the first hour is where people are most productive. So I put all the most taxing, difficult, and challenging tasks on my agenda during the first hour. Follow these with the less pressing work, and then end up with the routine tasks that I find boring. I believe if I don’t make a plan, I am often left a state of paralysis by the sheer bulk of outstanding tasks weighting on my mind. On the contrary, the thought process of creating my plan will clarify my thinking and help me determine what is important.
3 Task on the list
All tasks on the list are defined by the next action that I need to take to progress them. This simple idea is remarkably effective in helping resolving the kind of inertia that stops up resolving the items on the list. I believe breaking each task down into its individual actions allows me to convert the work into things that I can either physically do, or forgot about, happy in the knowledge that it is in the system. As we know, procrastinators create problems for themselves by delaying necessary decision-making. By developing a plan, I can release the foothold that procrastination has in my life.
4 Fun in work
The secret of making work more productive is finding ways for the task to become fun, like allowing your creativity and imagination to play in the process. If you find a way to support yourself working in a field you enjoy, you will get up every morning looking forward to doing something that hardly feels like working. If you explore the value and dreams within yourself and match them to particular aspects of your job, your work will become more interesting and your daily grind can quickly turn into daily pleasure. In this way, you can have passion at work. Your passion may become contagious, and you may win people over to your cause.
5 Innovation
人:An innovative leader/person has a visible “creative spark”, ability to simplify an abstract idea, and depth and focus. Innovative leaders can associate seemingly connected things, question more frequently, observe intensely, network with a diverse group of people and experiment constantly.
公司:The current craze started with Google’s well-known “20% Time” initiative, which encourages its employee to spend 20% of their time at work on a project not related to their job description. Gmail, Google news and AdSense reportedly all evolved out of 20% Time. Companies need innovative ideas and products, the kind that usually come from small startups. Companies squeezed big products out of these free-form sessions, from Post-its to laser printers.
国家:Any country has the potential to be the next innovation country. If China can figure out how to foster provocative question, observing, experimenting and networking, and then take advantage of that within their companies, China has just as good a chance as anyone to tackle the innovation challenge.
6 Networking for a job
The report ranked networking as the most effective way to find a new job, beating out social networking sites such as Linkedln and internet job search engines like Indeed.com. However, for people who don’t naturally find it easy to talk to strangers, networking can be difficult work -far more stressful than blindly applying to jobs on line, for example- and when efforts seem to fail, many people gave up. In my opinion, the key is to emphasize the positive. If people got back to you, immediately follow up. Go see them even if they are not working that closely in something you want, and try not to obsess too much about the “No”. Try to learn whatever mistakes you made along the way and just plugging away at it.

7 Interview
One of the most crucial parts of interviewing is convincing the hiring manager that you truly desire the job. Interviewers don’t just look for applicants who have requisite skills and fit in with the company. Now more than ever, they want candidates who want them. Also, you can prepare an arsenal of stories illustrating your skills, strengths and accomplishments. In the interviewing, rather than bragging in a general way about your ability, describe specific experience that show you putting those skills to use. You can speak animatedly about the pleasure and pride you take in overcoming obstacles. Finally, it is imperative to demonstrate you can work in different cultures, with different business models, solving different business problems. Experts believe that the people who are the most effective in senior level leadership roles are those who have had multiple life experience, transitions, failures, and successes.
8 Goals/Career paths
In a rapidly changing corporate environment, with the traditional career plan and entire industries dissolving overnight, it can be a challenge for people to figure out the right path forward. In my opinion, something about that feeling of accomplishment trigger the sense of complacency. Therefore, don’t give yourself goals you arrive at. It is fine to create smaller, incremental goals to keep yourself motivated; being the VP of marketing at a big company might help you accomplish a longer goal, for instance, of changing the way how healthcare is delivered. We must remember that achieving a goal is not the finish line for us. Achieving one goal just creates a launching pad for achieving another huge goal.
9 Advisors
Building a board of advisors, people who will hold up a mirror and be more provocative and insightful about who you are, what we want, and how you’re going to get it. Advisors don’t have to sign up for an intensive commitment. I view it is different from mentoring, which tends to be a much longer-term relationship, more intimate, with coaching and guiding, whereas advisors might be somebody you call upon at certain points to guide your thinking.
10 Travel
We never know what will happen when we get there. It is cliché, but it is said often for a reason. Maybe we will spend many years rationalizing how we are not missing that much by not going, how we don’t want to risk not having fun there, or that we don’t know what to do there. However, the truth is we have no point of reference. I believe if we decide that we are actually going, everything else has a tendency to fall into place. The amount of incredible things that you could happen on our trip is literally unimaginable. For example, I can navigate a foreign city by myself and get around with a language book full of only useful phrase. I can use my limited skills to get good food, accommodation, and meet many new friends. It is an incredible important and affirming thing to know about myself.
